What is the role of health and education in developing human resources?


The healthy and educated working population is considered as human resources, as working capability of healthy, educated and trained people contribute more in economic development than the unskilled people.


Education helps in developing skills and knowledge which helps in developing technologies and process which increases the efficiency similarly healthy population contribute more, for example earlier bullock was used for tilling soil in field, now educated engineers have developed tractors which can do the same work much faster, and saved labour can be used in other activities where technologies not available, educated and healthy population which is called human resource boost the economy growth at faster rate.
