Cortisol is a hormone which is secreted by adrenal gland. It helps in increasing glucose metabolism. While other mentioned glands produce other hormones like-

• Pancrease- Insulin , Glucagon.

• Thyroid-Triiodothyronne(T₃),Thyroxine(T₄),Calcitonin.

• Adrenal-Epinephrine,norepinephrine,glucocorticoids(cortisol),mineralocorticoids.

• Thymus- thymosin.
