Draw a circle of radius 3.5 cm. Draw a pair of tangents to this circle which are inclined to each other at an angle of 60°. Write the steps of construction.

Steps Construction:

1. Draw a circle of radius 3.5 cm with center A.

2. Draw a diameter CD of the circle.

3. Draw CAE = 60° such that the E lies on the circle and AE is a radius of the circle.

4. Draw DF perpendicular to CD.

5. Draw EG perpendicular to AE such that it intersects DF at G.

Thus, GE and GD are the required tangents to the circle inclined at an angle of 60°.
