in 1971 Indo Pak war, India retaliated wit attack involving air force, navy, and army. India captured east Pakistan from three sides, as a result, 90000 Pakistan soldiers surrendered. India declared Bangladesh as a free nation. Later in 1973 Shimla agreement was signed between India and Pakistan which finally returned peace.
