What was ‘New International Order’?

The uninformed collapse of Soviet Union resulted in the New World Order which developed in the form of the United States hegemony which was initiated in 1991. It represents that emergence which was initiated by the decision of United Nations that was hailed by the United States President George HW Bush. The decision was to mandate the liberation of Kuwait via force following a series of diplomatic trials that failed at convincing Iraq to quit its aggression when Kuwait was invaded by Iraq in August 1990 while subsequently being annexed. This United States hegemony also moulded world economy and was produced in the form of economic order, cultural superiority, military domination and political clout.
