Gravitational force exists between neutral particles. So, even if all the matters were made up of electrically neutral particles, the earth will still move around the sun.

Now, for friction, we must have electromagnetic force which exists between only charged particles, hence we won’t be able to sit without existence of charged particles.

Tension exists because of electromagnetic force; hence tension will also not exist in absence of charge particles.
