(i) The six membered cyclic structure of glucose is called pyranose structure.



(ii) Peptide bond or peptide linkage is present in proteins. Chemically, peptide linkage is an amide formed between –COOH group and –NH2 group as shown in figure given below.



(iii) Example of water-soluble vitamins are B group vitamins and vitamin C. Examples of fat-soluble vitamins are vitamins A, D, E and K.
