A pendulum clock gives correct time at the equator. Will it gain time or loose time as it is taken to the poles?
When we take the pendulum to the poles, then time period of the pendulum will decrease. It is because at poles, the gravity decreases and it decreases the time period. As a result, the time clock will gain time.
