CP of second bat = Rs.360

SP of second bat

= Rs.342

CP of both the bat = 840 + 360

= Rs.1200

SP of both bats = 966 + 342

It is a case of Gain because SP is more than CP.

Gain = SP – CP

= 1308 - 1200

= Rs108
