(a) The first statement talks about the right as per the security of the country so it is justified. Border areas are very sensitive and if they are not monitored properly then there are chances of starting a conflict with the neighbors, which is not in the interest of the nation. Also, overly free borders can lead to unlawful infiltration and pose threat to citizens and national property.

(b) In several states like Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh and Andaman & Nicobar, it is not possible for the outsiders to buy land. This is to prevent the moneyed outsiders to buy the land in these states and leave the local population impoverished. This has been and continues to be a point of heated argument and discussion amongst the lawmakers.

(c) The third statement is not justified as it is against the right of expression. The publisher and/or the author can file a case in the court against this ruling and get it revoked for being unconstitutional in nature.
