Distance travelled by the blue car = 2 cm


And 1cm = 100 m (as given in the question)


2 cm = 200 m


Therefore, distance travelled by blue car = 200 m


Time taken = 10 sec


Speed of the blue car = distance/ time taken = 200/10s


Speed of the blue car = 20m/s
