By using the formula (a + b) (a – b) = a2 – b2
We get;
= x(x + 3) – 3(x + 3)
= x2 + 3x – 3x – 9
= x2 – 9
(ii) Given,

By using the formula (a + b) (a – b) = a2 – b2
We get;
= 2x(2x + 5) – 5(2x + 5)
= 4x2 + 10x – 10x – 25
= 4x2 – 25
(iii) Given,
