Quite a few species of plants and animals are endangered in India because of relentless poaching and hunting of animals and cutting of trees, the other reason is pollution due to chemical and industrial waste, acid deposits, introduction of alien species and clearing forests for inhabitation and agriculture q=owing to ever increase in population. These are the reasons because people don’t think twice before cutting the trees or harming animals for their personal comfort.
