Steps of Construction-

1. Draw a line segment AB of length 4 cm using a ruler.

2. Mark O as the center of AB. Take the measure of 1.25 cm from the ruler and put the needle of the compass on O drawing an arc on both the sides of it on AB naming as D and E respectively.

3. Now, taking A as center and AC as radius draw a circle. Similarly, taking A as center and AB as radius draw another circle.
