Satellite DNA

(i) A small of stretch of DNA that is repeated many times in a DNA sequence is called Repetitive DNA.

(i) A DNA sequence that contains many repetitive DNA is called Satellite DNA.

(ii) It is found in all parts of a genome.

(ii) It is found in the centromere and telomere regions of a chromosome.
