A. This statement does not violate the principle of equality because every child in the classroom has been instructed to read the text by turn regardless of their religious, social or economic background. This becomes necessary to maintain obedience and coherence in the classroom.


B. This statement does violate the principle of equality because the political arrangement made by the Canadian government is racist in nature and not equal. The white Europeans were given privilege over coloured people this act was unequal and exploitative.


C. This statement does not violate the principle of equality because this right has been sanctioned to the old people by considering their special needs and requirements. It is the privilege that they get after working throughout their life.


D. This statement does violate the principle of equality because amount of forest reserved for one tribe should be reserved for the other as well. It will be unequal to reserve land for one tribe while ignoring the heritage and culture of the other.
