Rights which are important for all human beings who live in the society, they are described as universal Rights.
The assumption behind human right is the entitlement of human beings to certain rights that ensure dignity and self-respect by virtue of being born as human being. Thus, Universal Rights are those rights which cannot be negotiated under any circumstance.
The Three Rights that could be considered Universal are:
a. Right to Education: Education helps to develop our capacity to reasons, gives us useful skills and enables one to make informal choices in life.
b. Right to livelihood ensures self-respect and dignity of the individuals through economic independence.
c. Freedom of expression is important for all human beings as it develops creativity and originality and allows for free expression of ideas and beliefs.
