The Rights of Tribal People to protect their habitat and way life has emerged as new rights claims. The rise in deforestation and surge in setting up of industries has hindered the habitat of tribal people and hence led them to claim such right. so, it becomes duty of the government to protect the indigenous culture of the tribal.
