Zinc>Iron>Copper (Order of reactivity)

As we can se that zinc is the most reactive metal and copper is the least reactive metal amongst the three given metals and reactivity of iron is in between to that of Zinc and copper. So, Zinc metal can displace the other two metals from their salt solutions.
