Light rays are deviated by a prism
The deviation angle d is measured for light rays of different frequency including blue light and red light. Which graph is correct?
Since the red light is deviated the least and the violet is deviated the most so we can devise that the wavelength of blue is less than that of red. Wavelength and frequency have inverse relation. Hence red light has minimum frequency and frequency keeps on increasing as we go towards blue light.
