It is not justified to cut trees for such project. Forests are natural habitat of variety of animals, birds and plants. Deforestation increases the temperature and pollution level on the earth. Plants absorb CO2 and give us oxygen. If plants are destroyed, the level of CO2 also increase in the atmosphere which lead to global warming.

We must reduce our dependency on our forest resources to meet the ever--increasing demand in factories and for shelter. We should look for some other alternative for the same. If trees are cut blindly and no trees are planted then the earth will face global warming, no rainfall, climate change, soil erosion and deforestation. Hence, forests must be conserved.
