World Trade Organisation is an important international organisation that looks after the liberalisation of foreign trade. It was established in 1995 for the regulation of foreign trade and to ensure free trade practices. But WTO is being dominated by the developed countries. They have retained and maintained their trade barriers while developing countries are being forced to liberalise their markets. This has resulted in many debates especially in case of agricultural goods.
