Developed resources are those resources which are suitable for utilisation after a careful survey of their quantity and quality. The conditions under which resources can become developed are that they need to have the technology to utilize the resources to their full potential. Sufficient manpower, economy and sufficient knowledge of limitations and availability of the resource is required to develop them.
