Natural numbers less than 4 are 1, 2 and 3.

On putting x= 1, y = 1 + 5 = 6

On putting x= 2, y = 2 + 5 = 7

On putting x= 3, y = 3 + 5 = 8

i. R = {(1, 6), (2, 7), (3, 8)}

So,

Domain of relation R= {1, 2, 3}

Range of relation R= {6, 7, 8}
