The consumer court addresses all kinds of disputes that are faced by the consumers while dealing into a transaction. But the consumer must have proper documents that are favourable to the judgment. Consumers have many rights which are made as mandatory such as Right to be Informed, Right to Choose, Right to seek Redressal, Right to Represent and so on.
